Scope

At the beginning of this year, the girls from the team started working on their own cosmetics collection in cooperation with the Polish brand Ingrid Cosmetics. Influencers were involved at every stage of the production. The official premiere of the collection took place on May 11, 2021. The products are available for purchase online on the Hebe website and in all Hebe brick-and-mortar drugstores in Poland.

Implementation

The Team X x Ingrid project consists of 4 mini-collections: Juicy by Natalia Natsu Karczmarczyk, Mona by Monika Kociołek, Ember by Julia Żugaj and the Miracle collection by Patrycja Mołczanow. Even before the official launch of sales, the Hebe drugstore website recorded a significant increase in searches for terms related to the collection. The products sold out within a day of launch, and some are still out of stock.

The Ingrid Cosmetics brand does not hide its surprise at the success of the collection. Despite the expected demand for products from this cooperation, the company has to deal with the rapid disappearance of products from store shelves and work on replenishing shortages on an ongoing basis.

Scope

Team X in the Mobilfox! In two publications on the Team X channel, influencers presented the brand's products. All members of the Team received their personalized phone cases to show the approach to brand personalization and the durability of their products

Implementation

A dedicated video on the Team X channel was intended to inform viewers about the ongoing promotion and to present a high-quality case in an original way – e.g. by throwing a phone (which bravely replaced a basketball) into a basket! After the publication of the episode, the Mobilfox brand sold 600 phone cases.

Scope

Julia Kostera has been invited to a long-term cooperation with the Guess clothing brand. To bring her followers closer to the brand's products, Julia posted photos with Guess products on her Instagram profile and talked about them on her Instagram story.

Implementation

We approached the campaign with full commitment and professionalism. Each photo was carefully taken and thought out, making it even more appreciated by Julia's followers. It is safe to say that the cooperation was very successful.

Scope

Julia, along with two other influencers, was invited to collaborate with CCC to promote the latest collection and the K-POP TOUR in Poland.

Implementation

The campaign was aimed at introducing Julia's followers to the latest back-to-school collection available in CCC stores. The influencer took part in a professional photo shoot in which she presented the latest products. In the end, the photos were placed not only on Julia's profile, but also on signboards and billboards in stores all over Poland. In addition, Julia took part in meetings with fans in the brand's designated stores. The meetings were a huge success, there were a lot of fans interested in getting to know Julia Kostera live.

Scope

Influencers Ania Fanka and Patryk Colorowyy took part in CocaCola's campaign promoting EURO 2020. The aim of the campaign was to identify as a friend of sports competitions and a companion of every fan, as a result of which boxes full of delicacies and, of course, bottles of Coca-Cola were sent to accompany the influencers while cheering on our National Team.

Implementation

Ania and Patryk published posts on their profiles with a surprise package from the brand in the atmosphere of football fans. The publications engaged observers to cheer on the Polish National Team at EURO 2020 matches.

Indigo #Nailfluencer Campaign

Scope

As part of our cooperation with the Indigo brand, we have prepared a campaign with the participation of the agency's co-owner – Weronika Bielik.

Implementation

Weronika has become the face of the Indigo #Nailfluencer nail polish collection, inspired by the Instagram world and trends for summer 2019. The brand's advertising activities include the Internet – social media, Google Ads, newsletter, as well as events and POS materials.

Scope

As part of our strategic cooperation with Sony Music Polska, we were responsible for negotiating the terms of cooperation between Daria Zawiałow and the Puma brand. The one-year contract includes both image benefits and non-standard content benefits.

Implementation

The campaign, launched in February 2019, includes in the first stage digital services based on content inspired by the fashion version of Puma. A photo session was carried out for the purposes of the cooperation.

Scope

During the first edition of Spotlight Academy, our agency started cooperation with the fashion brand Sugarfree. All services were made in Sardinia. Well-known influencers such as Weronika Bielik, Julia Zając, Yulianna Yussef, Sabina Kontor, Laura Matuszczyk and Kasia Motloch were involved in the project. During the Spotlight Academy, Weronika conducted workshops for the other girls on building a personal brand on the Internet.

Implementation

The Spotlight agency organized a trip to Italy and took care of coordinating influencer activities. The girls took part in a dedicated photo shoot for the Sugarfree brand. Its effects can be seen on the Instagram accounts of our influencers and on the brand's profile.

Scope

We also took the international brand Freddy Wear with us on the Italian trip as part of the Spotlight Academy. Top Polish influencers were invited to participate in the campaign. Among them were: Laura Matuszczyk, Julia Zając, Yulianna Yussef, Sabina Kontor and Kasia Motloch. The originator of the trip and the person conducting the workshops for girls was the co-founder of the agency – Weronika Bielik.

Implementation

During the trip, the agency organized a photo shoot for the brand. In addition, there was a giveaway on the influencers' Instagrams, in which Freddy Wear products were up for grabs. On the part of the agency, the brand could count on the service of influencers and organizing a trip to Olbia.

Scope

During the trip with the Spotlight Academy, organized in the picturesque town of Olbia in Sicily, our influencers had the opportunity to work with the Banana Beauty brand. The product they received were waterproof lipsticks, and their reliability was tested in the most difficult conditions for this type of cosmetic.

Implementation

In addition to presenting the durability of lipsticks, influencers posted special discount codes on their stories to use for their followers. During these few days, unique photos and materials promoting the client's products were created.

Implementation

We were a point of contact for all parties to the cooperation, both during the organization of the shoot and during the acceptance process. In the first flight of the campaign, a total of 18 advertising formats were prepared for TV, radio and digital activities.

Scope

As part of our cooperation with the New Balance sports brand, we were responsible for the extension of Weronika Bielik's one-year ambassadorial contract. The co-owner of our agency signed her first contract with this brand in March 2018. Thanks to satisfactory results, the client decided to extend the cooperation with the influencer.

Implementation

New Balance's campaign includes image benefits and product placement on Instagram, where Weronika Bielik has over 2 million followers.

Scope

The TikTokers we represent, Marysia Jeleniewska and Kinga Sawczuk, were invited by Coca-Cola Poland Services to participate in a campaign promoting Fanta. We were responsible for negotiating the one-year ambassador contract, as well as providing creative support to the team responsible for the campaign.

Implementation

The campaign, which began in May 2019, includes a digital spot as well as image and advertising benefits in the form of social media placements, and the total reach of the channels used in it is over 12 million!

Spotlight's tasks included preparing a strategy for promoting the app with the participation of the most reachable and recognizable creators on Instagram and coordinating their activities.

Part of the proceeds from the sale was donated to charity, and our campaign reached millions of people in different age groups. Our goal was to promote being a conscious consumer, the idea of caring for the environment, changing habits and being eco.

Scope

Deezee's Think Pink campaign was launched in February 2020. Two well-known influencers, Julia Zając and Magdalena Karwacka, were invited to cooperate. As part of the project, a two-day photo session was carried out to promote the new footwear collection.

Implementation

As part of the campaign, the photos taken were published on the brand's website and on their social media. In addition, both influencers supported the project with publications on their profiles, and over the next two months, Julia Zając posted photos from the brand's latest collection. Additionally, she also led the takeover of the client's Instagram profile.

Scope

During the long-term cooperation with the clothing brand Missguided, two well-known influencers, i.e. Julia Kostera and Natalia Karczmarczyk, were invited to the project. To bring their viewers closer to the shopping process, the girls decided to publish a video on YouTube, in which they presented what the store looks like, their search and suggestions for ready-made outfits.

Implementation

Over the course of the campaign, on platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok, influencers shared their favorite outfits and shared positive experiences with the brand. As part of promotional measures, special discount codes were published on the girls' profiles, which were to further encourage potential customers to purchase the brand's products.

Scope

In February 2020, Lexy Chaplin – one of our influencers, partnered with the well-known footwear brand NewBalance. As part of the project, a professional photo session was organized, and its effects can be admired on the girl's Instagram profile.

Implementation

The agency was tasked with coordinating promotional activities, including a contest organized on Instagram, in which the main prize was a trip to New York with an influencer. Spotlight was also responsible for leading the communication process between the client and the representative.
